The Dalat Flower Festival, known in Vietnamese as Festival Hoa Đà Lạt, is a vibrant cultural event that occurs every two years in the city of Đà Lạt, located in Lâm Đồng, Vietnam, along with several other areas in Lâm Đồng Province. This festival showcases a stunning array of flowers, vegetables, and ornamental plants from both local and international sources, aiming to draw visitors to Đà Lạt and boost the city”s economic growth. Additionally, the Dalat Flower Festival celebrates the beauty and significance of flowers and floriculture, encourages investment in the local flower industry, and promotes a positive image of Đà Lạt, its culture, and its people.
Highlights:
Opening Ceremony & Closing Countdown held at Lam Viên Square, featuring over 15,000 participants and nationally renowned performers.
Flower display spaces bloom across the city, including Xuan Hương Lake, Le Dai Hanh and Tran Quoc Toan streets, and various parks, immersing visitors in vibrant floral artistry.
A rich program featuring 10 main & 12 supporting events, including street parades, carnivals, museum exhibitions, seminars on green tourism, and trade fairs showcasing regional specialties like wine, tea, coffee, and handicrafts.
Festival attractions include the Wine–Tea–Coffee Street, OCOP Product Exhibition, international exchanges (Da Lat–Chuncheon), and colorful cultural performances.
