Hanoi Lotus Festival

Held in the Tay Ho Cultural and Creative Space (Tay Ho district, Hanoi), the festival celebrated the beauty and cultural significance of the lotus — a symbol deeply rooted in Vietnamese identity. Over five days, visitors enjoyed a rich mix of art, culture, trade and community events: lotus-inspired exhibitions, traditional lotus tea and handicrafts, photo contests and fashion displays, as well as a large cycling event around West Lake with around 7,000 participants. The event also featured over 100 booths showcasing OCOP (One Commune–One Product) items and lotus-based specialties from across Vietnam — offering a unique glimpse into the heritage, craftsmanship and flavours connected to Hanoi’s lotus culture.

Highlights:

Drew over 50,000 visitors during its 5-day celebration.

Featured 100+ booths and 1,000+ OCOP products from 33 provinces.

Hosted a record 7,000-participant green cycling event around West Lake.

Presented lotus-themed art, performances, exhibitions, and traditional crafts celebrating Hanoi’s cultural heritage.
