Tulipani Italiani (Tulipani Italiani Arese) is vast fields of blooming flowers invite visitors to pick vibrant tulips and capture beautiful photos during the spring season.
You don’t need to travel all the way to Holland to enjoy vast fields of tulips. Just a short distance from Milan, you’ll find a lovely spot where you can pick these stunning flowers, stroll through vibrant colors, and snap a selfie or a panoramic shot. This enchanting place is called Tulipani Italiani, established by a Dutch couple in Arese.
You can visit from mid-March and throughout the tulip blooming season to take a leisurely walk in the garden, located within Groane Park, not far from Valera. Edwin Koeman and Nitsuhe Wolanios, the founders, have created Italy"s first and largest U-pick tulip field, allowing you to select your favorite blooms for your bouquet.
With nearly 500,000 tulips across 450 varieties spread over a 2-hectare area, there’s plenty to choose from. Your entrance ticket includes two tulips, but you can also gather more by purchasing them separately.
The Show Garden features a range of tulips, complete with signs to help you identify them. Scattered throughout the field, organized in neat rows like in Holland, are installations that provide the perfect backdrop for memorable photos.
