Trevor Griffiths Rose Gardens

Trevor Griffiths Rose Gardens, named in honor of a local nurseryman and author who had a deep love for antique roses, was recognized as ‘a garden of excellence’ by the World Federation of Rose Societies in 2013.

Designed by Sir Miles Warren, the Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden boasts over 1,200 roses, representing every rose family found worldwide.

Mr. Griffiths once owned the third largest collection of authentic old roses globally. The Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden was developed from this impressive collection, along with 600 modern varieties from David Austin.

The best time to visit is from late November to early December, when the garden is in full bloom.
