The Radicepura Garden Festival is the premier international event focused on garden design and Mediterranean landscape architecture, featuring prominent landscapers, artists, architects, emerging designers, researchers, institutions, and businesses. At the core of the Festival is the celebration of gardens, highlighting not just their aesthetic and cultural significance, but also their role as serene spaces to appreciate the beauty of the Sicilian Region.
This biennial event spans six months within the Radicepura botanical park, which covers 5 hectares of land situated between Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea, showcasing 3,000 plant species and a total of 7,000 varieties. It serves as a vibrant living archive for experimentation and education.
Now in its fourth edition, the Festival is organized by the Radicepura Foundation, aiming to promote nature as a catalyst for global development through various initiatives, events, and cultural expressions, including music, artistic installations, botany, and culinary tours.
