National Tulip Day

National Tulip Day is celebrated on the third Saturday of January, signaling the beginning of the tulip season. In the vibrant Museumplein, located in the heart of Amsterdam, we set up a stunning tulip-picking garden featuring up to 200,000 tulips. The garden opens at 1:00 PM, and everyone is invited to come and pick a complimentary bunch of tulips.

In 2025, National Tulip Day is focus on Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary. The entire tulip season will be a festive occasion, embracing the theme: ‘Celebrate your Date!’ If you have something special to commemorate, consider gifting a lovely bouquet of tulips.
