Naoussa Municipal Park is a fascinating historic garden that reflects the rich history of the local community. Developed just before one of the darkest times in European history, it has been beautifully transformed after World War II. This park offers a natural setting with stunning views to the east and a variety of restaurants on the west side, perfect for enjoying a meal. The park features charming small ponds and pathways that lead to scenic hilltop vistas. With its lovely flower gardens and a large lake home to fish, ducks, and swans, it’s a picturesque spot. Scattered throughout the park are several monuments, along with a quaint open-air theater. Situated in the heart of the city, the park spans an impressive 30 acres.
Naoussa is situated at the base of Mount Vermio, standing 330 meters above sea level. To the west, the city is framed by verdant mountains and hills, while to the east, the landscape drops steeply, forming a stunning "balcony." This "balcony" features the Municipal Park of Naoussa, which spans approximately 30 hectares.
