Hvar Lavender Fields

Hvar is well-known for its stunning lavender fields that fill the air with a delightful aroma. Strolling through these vibrant fields allows you to soak in the beauty of this purple haven. The best time to experience the island is during June and July when the lavender is at its peak.

Most of Hvar"s lavender fields can be found around Zastražišće, Gdinj, Bogomolje, Brusje, Grablje, and along the road from Stari Grad to Hvar.

Each year, Hvar Island hosts a two-day Lavender Festival in the Eko-Ethno village near Velo Grablje. During this event, Velo Grablje becomes a hub for prominent lavender producers from across Dalmatia, welcoming visitors from all over the globe.
