Eliza's Garden Cottage, located just five hundred meters from her sister garden Welton House, has undergone a decade of thoughtful restoration and is now open for garden enthusiasts. Even better, you can spend the night in the award-winning three-bedroom cottage, allowing you to enjoy the garden and swimming pool in complete privacy.

Stroll beneath the towering, mature trees in a tranquil woodland filled with lush rhododendrons, magnolias, and a variety of lilies, ferns, and wheki ponga. In December, you’ll be enchanted by a stunning display of Himalayan Giant Lilies, creating a magical atmosphere under a three-meter-high canopy of fragrant lily trumpets.

The long, elegant lawn, bordered by rhododendrons, draws your gaze past the majestic elm, inviting you to appreciate the dramatic shifts in light across the Richmond Ranges.
