The University Gardens of Bergen are a sprawling collection of three distinct botanical sites run by the University of Bergen. While Muséhagen rests in the city center, the flagship Arboretum and Bergen Botanical Garden bloom across a stunning 150-hectare coastal estate at Milde. Dedicated to research, conservation, and education, these historic grounds offer beautiful, diverse plant collections—from the Nordic region’s largest rhododendron woods to an authentic Japanese garden.
